How do I cancel my LogIt Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find LogIt, and tap Cancel Subscription.

My data isn't syncing across devices

Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on both devices and that iCloud is enabled for LogIt. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud and confirm LogIt is toggled on.

I'm not receiving reminders

Push notifications are a LogIt Pro feature. Make sure your subscription is active, and that notifications are enabled for LogIt in Settings → Notifications → LogIt.

How do I export my data?

Export is available to LogIt Pro subscribers. Open a logbook, tap the share icon in the top right, and choose CSV or PDF.
